Is there anything better than apple dvdr for the PS2? I have been having a really hard time playing apple dvdr for my PS2. Does anyone know of a brand that works better?

verbatim or pioneer are both good quality dvdr

Yeah i have heard gr8 things about verbs.

some people have also had success with the cheap brand like princos.

depends on what chip you have ive got a neo4 works fine with datasafe gen 3

Stick with verbs, and recently i found out that White Top princos work really well also.

Apples work best for me too. You should try verb.

Apple are the best for me too, FWS are hit and miss, onimusha 2 loads fine.
But medal of honor frontline takes forever to load, they are good for movies though.

At CompUSA Verbatim DVD-R 10packs are$43.99. That is not a bad deal for the BEST DVD-R available. Sometimes it is worth it to pay a little extra for better quality. I have not had a single Verbatim DVD-R disc fail burning, NOR fail to boot in my PS2, or any of the other 30 or so people I burn them for.

Please, please have a little look at the reat of the forum for this.
