what arew the setting to use it ? and do anyone have instruction on it at all ?

if u download iso's they will set the correct settings...

if u rip ya own games...
then make data disk
and use record options disk at once
udf - up to 128 in filename length, any char., plus 8+3 tree (bridge)

or u can use a iso maker but u dont need to waste time making em into iso u can just drag all the files into prassi
