Just got my shiny new xbox and I have to say I've very impressed with it. So far I've been through the PS2 and Gamecube but this ones my favourite. Anyway, I want to see out the warranty first but if I got it chipped would that have any effect on the online gaming? I don't wanna get it chipped and find out I can't get onto any of the servers. Rumor is you're safe. You never know though.

You can always trade it in for an unmodded xbox,i'm sure ALOT of people would be willing to trade,and you would even get some extras with it since a modded xbox is worth more then an unmodded one. :D
