A question that has been worrying me for a while, well about 2 weeks actually since I got my Xbox. Are there any known Xbox viruses out there and if so is there any protection? The Xbox has a HDD so surely some sad person is going to target it one day, especailly when Xbox live goes on line.:zombie:

umm.... i read it on the *** reason's to buy an xbox, and xbox isnt a computer, it's not windows, so it won't get viruses

if someone does do a virus for the xbox the only thing they can
knacker up is the hard drive write over it

and then people would stop buying pirate games and modchips.
but for now we are safe
