No real definative answer m8 as a lot of groups release the same game some patched others not.

I've had

Gotham Racing
Fifa World Cup
Outlaw golf
Test Drive
Enclave
All need patches.

As I said more than 1 group might have released that game so whilst 1 might have been patched the other may not. You could have got it ready patched or anything.
Heres a simple test. Download the DVDX v2 and burn it to CD-RW. Put it in your box and if you can eject swap for a DVD you probably have a beta chip. The full enigmah (I think anyway) will reset the XBOX upon hitting eject thus you will not be able to use DVDX. You do not need a DVD Playback kit to try this.

Hmm.

Not really off topic, as it might help others who look in this thread for the same reason. Sure a little looking about will yeild the same results but all this is relevant to the topic so I'll answer here.

DVDX 2 is in the iso folder as stated.
Unrar it with Winrar, you will need the latest version as there are known problems with older versions of winrar. Winrar can be found on most Legal download sites like tucows etc.
Use Primo DVD or Recordnow max. Select Open from the menu. You will need to select All files from the drop down tab, then piont it to the iso. Burn on a brand of CD-RW that you know to work.
Bingo, you're done
