Is it worth it? Are there alot of driver upgrades? I have a writter, printer both HP and a Scanner and camer... Am I looking at incompatible issues? I've heard the saying if it ain't broke don't fix it and right now it ain't broke. Thanks for any input...... CFizz :cool:

btw... I have a 733, P3 with 128 megs SDram with older drivers of course....

Cousinfizz, might be worth looking HERE (http://www.cdrom-guide.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=160938) I think that you may find some worthwhile comments here and a few people mention ME as well, this has been a long running debate on here and I think the only two answers are:

1. If you are happy with what you got why change it?
2. If need be test XP as a dual boot, then you can always test it out but always revert back to ME if not happy
