i'm in stonebridge right now, everytime after i leave the weapon shop. there this errors. windows keep saying "gathering exceptional data" and the game freeze. should i download the patch to make version 1.0 to v1.1?

ok i d/l the v1.1 patch. but i can't fully update the game, during the installation, windows would give me this error
