upon running the flash program and typing information (file, etc) program asks me if I want to save Bios. I reply, "yes" then the program inserts another blank field where I am supossed to write a file name. What do I type in there? Because each time I type the flash file it says i cannot find the file!

Okay, this is how I do.
I go into the program, choose to save bios
Then choose the new one (sometimes with directory, sometimes not)
And it'll flash.

Depending on which flashing programs, sometimes you can type the programs name & with the bios version too, kind of like firmware (a:\>flash.exe bios.bin)
