I am trying to find out the TOC of the U.S. Playstation 2 DVD -- Issue # 51 ( that is the issue number written on the dvd. I've searched the forum and can't find this information. If somebody could either tell me or point me to a site which has all the TOC for PS2 games in the U.S. that would be very appreciated.

Do you own the disc? If so, pop it into your PC's DVDROM drive, right click, choose properties and see the TOC. Most likely it's a decent boot disc, but not enough for DMC, FFX, etc. Just go to GameStop and buy a $2 DMC demo for cryin' out loud.
