I read some of the installation guides, but they are very complex on how they say it. Can you guys explain it to me. Also, how do i remove the laquer(if its actually neccesary)?Thanks

I slowly use a knife. There are products that are made for this purpose. You just have to be carefully not to get the via too hot or else it may fall through the board
