Hi all,

I've been looking around for a while now and I'm starting to get confused. I've seen people on other forums who will upgrade your XBox to EvolutionX 2.3 and EvoX Dashboard for about 70 quid. Would that price include a chip like X-ecuter do you think? Or is the EvolutionX 2.3 a chip by itself?

I thought you needed a chip, like X-ecuter installed, then flash the bios chip with EvolutionX 2.3 and install EvoX dashboard to the hard drive? Is this correct?

I think someone needs to spell it out to me!

If the later is the case, i.e. X-ecuter chip - EvoX 2.3 bios flashed - EvoX Dashboard installed, would that do everything for me that can currently be done with an XBox?

In other words, If I was to get my XBox chipped what would I have to do to get it to the state of being able to do everything with it?

Cor blimey, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers, rich-t

check out the FAQ's at the top of the page, and use the search feature, as all of this has been covered countless times

Just quickly.

There is no point Flashing to EvoX 2.3 because the X-Ecuter mod does everything that the EvoX 2.3 BIOS does. Nothing different at all.

Sorry mitsu50, thats the problem, I've searched and looked around, and thats why I'm getting confused. I thought it was quite straight forward until I started looking.

Cheers Cal_G_UK, so basically, X-ecuter and EVO X Dashboard and I'm away?
