Can anyone tell me if there is a protection fix patch for RE3. (US version) I've been to megagames and the patches listed are for PAL. There are a couple of trainers and PAL converters. Is the US version even protected. I've tried everything. I have a back-up that works on my buddys MOD chipped PS1, but it won't work on my MOD chipped PS2? Seems to be alot of conflicting reports on patches for this game. I have the STARCHIP and until now it has worked on everything. Thanks Zellar

doesnt the starchip require you to swap. Im not sure about this but I think you need a an original that has a bigger toc than the backup your trying to play.

yes Resident Evil 3 (JAP) was an Anti-Mod game - check www.megagames.com/psx for the info for that - however i dont think the USA version is protected m8
