I know I will burn it at like 1X so how long does it usually take to burn a dvd game?? just the burning process?? thanx for you help!! Bass Jaymus Sep 06, 2002, 05:28 PM a full 4.7 gig dvd-r at 1x should be around 40min to 1 hr max. Some say it depends on media, because some cheap *** media takes awhile to "close" the disc - I dunno why. anyhow, with my pioneer 104, usually ~40min to 1hr BbAaSsSs Sep 06, 2002, 05:52 PM Thanx Jaymus I really appreciate it! Bass handyguy Sep 06, 2002, 08:34 PM Well, depends on the size of the game & what writer you have & your computer speed & your media--alot of things I do not know. clownbow Sep 07, 2002, 10:36 AM well i have a dvd+r burner and it takes about 20 minutes to burn a 4.5 gb iso hyundai Sep 07, 2002, 11:54 AM Dvd+r must be the best then. hyundai Sep 07, 2002, 12:34 PM DVD-r takes 52min for Doa3 Jaice Sep 07, 2002, 01:26 PM DVD+r is faster, but not widly supported arthur_p_huxake Sep 07, 2002, 06:21 PM quote: Dvd+r must be the best then. end quote: hyundai, not necessarily... clownbow, wot's the reliability of such a fast burn? i got a dvd-r/rw, and 1x burns are good, 2x burns are very inconsistent, is this the same for dvd+r/rw? __ arthur_p_huxake handyguy Sep 08, 2002, 11:28 AM -r drives are better they also work for the ps2. timoros Sep 08, 2002, 07:39 PM I was thinking to open a new thread about DVDRWs, but I'll just ask in this one... I want to copy Xbox DVDRs as well as PS2 & Movies.. Which burner do you think would be better for me from your personal experience and also how much do you reckon I should pay for it?? handyguy Sep 09, 2002, 12:17 PM Pioneer A04 at $255 & higher or so. billywiz Sep 09, 2002, 01:05 PM Pioneer 104 and u can get 1 for www.121cdr.co.uk for £193.99 xxxicethixxx Sep 10, 2002, 02:29 PM 1x is the fastest speed still?
