in hex workshop there are two same 0020 0000 on the same line .do you edited the first one starting at 0X000214 and leave the other one or do you change both to FFFF FF00

If your not sure about doint it through the HEX i would suggest either getting the BETA patcher that patches any game or getting the DTR patch, they both can be found in the usual places.
