Does anyone know how I can back up all my data in Microsoft Outlook? I know there's a file that I have to back up but I don't know how to find it. The reason why I want to back up is because I'm going to reformat my computer. Can anyone please help me?
Thanks in advance!

I have no idea if this will work or not, since I haven't personally tried it. OutBack Plus (http://www.ajsystems.com/outback.html)

Depending on how you use Outlook, you are looking for a file called outlook.pst or outlook.ost, located somewhere in here...
C:\Documents and Settings\[UserName]\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
There may also be some .pst files that you have created and stored outside of the directory, it may be best to do a search. You could be safe just to back up the entire Outlook folder on the path listed above.
Do you have any personal address books?

Yep, this is the best way to do it.
File, Import/Export, Export to a file, Personal Folder File (pst), then select personal folders (or wherever your stuff is kept). Then make sure you have 'Include subfolders' selected at the bottom, this will then export your mail, contacts etc etc.
After formatting and re-installing, go to file, import/export and import it back in again. It's always worth doing this every now and again and burning to a CD for example as a back up, just in case you have any hard drive problems.
