I have burned this file about 4 times...i dont believe its the media..i used imation and phillips...dont have any problems with them...i tried burning at different speeds includin 24x and 4x....The files seem to be corect...ii tried using that dvd check patch once or twice...is there anything im missing?

Try to use diff burning program... it happen to me until i used nero to burn it....

get the clean file (non-patched) and burn with the demo of CDR-Win at 1X:)
