....all these online companies buy their discs from? i'm not interested in selling blank media but still need the discs at a reasonable price to provide my service? anyone have any ideas?

Try going direct to the manufacture and they will put you in touch with a rep in your area but must buy big

Yup, as ant500 says you have to buy big. By the pallet usually and at approx £8,000 a time.
