The most easy to use web building software has to be serif pageplus 8. It has all you need to create an excellent basic website with animated gifs music and rollovers. It also has a built in ftp uploader. You can pick it up in a few minutes without much knowledge.

To register a domain name is very cheap and for hosting up to 8 pages it is only £1.49 a month.

They give you the use of an on line site building software, and although basic it is very easy to get a nice looking site.

They seem to be a very reliable host as I have no problems accessing either the site builder or the website itself.
