ANY ADVISE ON THE FOLLOWING PROBLEM PLEASE ?

HAVE INSTALLED AO4 AND PRIMO PRASSI INOT TWO PC'S BOTH USING THE SAME OPERATING SYSTEMS.

HOWVERE WHEN TRYING TO USE PRIMO PRASSI ON ONE OF THE SYSTEMS IT SAY'S - NO DEVISE FOUND -

USING VERSION 2.0.749 OF PRIMO PRASSI ON BOTH

I THINK PROBLEM COULD BE FIRMWARE ON WRITTERS

THE ONE THAT WORKS IS RE 1.2

THE ONE THAT WILL NOT WORK IS 1.3

IS THERE AN UPGRADE FOR THE SOFTWARE

OR

CAN I FLASH FIRMWARE BACK TO 1.2??

( I LIKE PRIMO COS WHEN IT IMAGES IT DOESNOT MAKE ONE BIG FILE BUT SMALLER 2 GIG FILES SO MY OPERATING SYSTEM HAS NO PROBLEMS )

have u tried using the px engine update? or an aspi checker, normally if it cant find the device its cos these are not installed correctly

advise on how do both of these would be appreciated (small tutorial- perhaps)

go to prassis or pioneers web site to get the px engine update and install it and your woes will be better.

and if you go to adaptec.com you can get a aspi update to make sure your on top of things there too.

i've just repaired the same problem by downloading and installing the px engine update from the prassi site no mor probs
