i'm having a bit of a problen transcoding The Mummy Returns (PAL). I load up the m2v file in ReMpeg and set the bitrate to fit on a dvdr. However it freezes on 99% at exactly the same part in the movie each time. I can still play the file it created but it's running faster than normal. I haven't played to the end to see what's missing.

Has anybody encountered this and could possiblly assist me in fixing it?

reempeg does this occasionally with m2v's - i have also noticed some m2v's play back unnatural speeded up looking but once you reauthor it with the sound it will look ok

yep when you aurther it it should be ok, if you use spruce just try it in simulate before you burn
