Can anyone recommend a decent broadband router?

i've seen one by netgear (rp114), one by smc (barricade) and us robotics (01800 i think) for between 60ish (for the netgear one) and upto 100ish (for the usrobotics one).

anyone use any of the above mentioned routers and have anything good to say about it?

is there any alternative way of having both machines permanently connected to the internet?

at the moment i have to release the connection on one and renew it on the other every time we switch the internet between the two machines and seeing as they are on different floors it is a real pain in the ar$e!!!

any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

There is no other way to connect both pcs except a router, and from what I've heard either would be fine, I personally would go with the cheaper one.
