psx backup question

hey guys my psx is modded with a stealth chip i recently got some new backups they all ran perfect the first time but i go to try play a few later and they dont work they sit at the playstation logo screen nearly all dont work any ideas?

What model Playstation is it u own. When u turn on the playstation quickly flip it on too its belly so its upside down this always works for me.
If that does not work u probably need a boot disc.

cool it worked the fliping over thingy thx alot but is there any side effects to having your psx flipped ? like laser strain or anything
