My PC seems to be running very slowly at the moment and quite often crashes. I've done all the ususal clean up stuff but it doesn't seem to help. There's one thing that happens every time I shut down which might be the cause of the problem. It doesn't just shut straight down but instead comes up with an error meassge. The messagre reads:

Notification Wnd for RNAdmin
This program is not responding. It may be busy, waiting for a reponse from you, or it may have stopped running.
-Click Cancel to ignore & return to windows
-To close this program immediately, click End Task. You will lose any unsaved information in this program.
-To give the program 20 seconds to finish what it is doing , click Wait, and then try to close the program again.

I've tried all three options but next time I use the PC the message comes up again when I try to shut down.

Is this the cause of my PC running slow and crashing, and if so how do I sort the problem?

RealPlayer problem, so just uninstalled all of the Real program.
