just lately, when i am veiwing web pages and emails the text size has become very large but I haven't changed any settings to do this can any one tell me how to make the text smaller please.

View > Text Size > Medium/Small/Smaller

Another way to do this (and this may be what happened in the first place) is if you have a scroll wheel mouse, hold Ctrl and scroll the wheel down. This will turn the text size setting down.
