When you enter the Help Center in XP, sp1 only. It can silently delete files.
This is a very dangerous potentional. Just by clicking a specialized link on a webpage (the description on how to do it is the page) it can delete any file that you choose.

Nope m8, that's the flaw in XP pre SP1.

SP1 fixes this, so does the small prog from www.grc.com
