Downloaded the teg-psx version of Conflict desert storm. Came in 10X50Mb files. Have created an iso of around 500mb and burned. When i try to play it the microsoft logo comes up but then it goes to "check disk may be damaged or dirty" I have beta mod chip and i think it may need a patch.

I ran the Xbpatcher and the message comes up saying that teg-confl (the iso) is not supported???

I have hex editor and i have loaded the default.xbe but how do i find out wat the offset is??? The faq SAYS Something about loading the text file to find out the offset but i dont have a clue!!!

If someone could advise me on how to use Hex editor then i would be very grateful!! Or even how i CAN PATCH IT!!!

the teg release has a bug, do this

get the program "daemon tools", handling is easy

axtract the iso file with daemon, this makes a virtual cdrom on your pc and place the extracted files from the iso there. just send them to your xbox hd and u will see it works

or make a data disc with primo, settings dao closed, ufd 128
put in all the files and burn it.

this worked for me!

after speaking with a teg member in the TEG-IRC channel is this the only way to get the game to work.

Sorry if this sounds daft but does the bug in the teg release stop the game working regardless of which chip you have ?

I have an Enigmah final and get the same problem as Big_Don.

Also cannot get Phantom Crash to boot, it locks up after the Xbox loading screen.

Any suggestions peeps ?

this game works fine for me with enigma final
had to put it on a dvdr on its own though cause it wouldnt run in a compilation

I found that if I burned the iso it worked fine, but couldnt extract it to put it on the hard drive - the daemon tools sorted that out. It works in compilations too

this is pissing me off
i have dameon tools
and isobuster
and a coipy on dvdr off. a trader which wont work
all the files are on the dvd 1 data file loads of others
right ive made the virtual drives with damaon
mounted a iso on it
cant read the virtual drive with anything iso buster
so how do i get the files of the drive if it says all the time please put cd in drive tyhe iso is there
and how do i put the files of the copy of con desert s on to the virtual drive
