Can anyone help me plz on how to sort this problem out, i brought it a while back and regret it, because i told it all worked.
how can i rectify this i dont know the first thing about mac computers.

it also turns the 'extentions off' this is the only way i can access desktop

I did a search on the error code u get & found nothing that matches what u get??

Have u tried to "turn off" the extensions when starting up?
Try this & check the start up folder & make sure it is on basic/standard set.( located in the control panel) U may have a conflict going on??
Restart the comp. Does it still do it?

What kind of Mac is it?
What OS?
What software is it supposed to have?

Quickfix:
Zap the PRAM
Cmd+opt+P+R
(is held down at startup chime, should hear chime a few times, let go and let it roll)

If "atm" has anything to do with Adobe Type Manager, then you can stick that control panel in the disabled folder and try rebooting.

Various ATM versions conflict with various MacOS versions...
