Is there any freeware available that will enable me to convert streaming audio to mp3 or wav format?

Stream Save doesn't seem to exist anymore (all the download sites do not have it anymore)

I tried Ripcast, but i can't seem to use it with non shoutcast servers.

I'm thinking about paying for the standard license for Total Record, but I thought I'd ask you guys about any good freeware programs.

At the moment I record to an external source (md or tape) but surely there must be something out there that can do it onto the computer?
