Probably a stupid question but Im thinking of buying a Pioneer burner. Is it possible to make a 1:1 copy from a dvdr to a dvdr without ripping to your hard drive first.

Iron_Man Sep 26, 2002, 03:07 PM In a word no copy protection prevents it. Also most DVD Films are bigger than 4.7GB Search the forums for some great advice on easy steps Cheers sssjk Sep 26, 2002, 03:53 PM Um....his post said DVD-R to DVD-R.... so in a word yes Jaymus Sep 26, 2002, 05:14 PM DVD-R to DVD-R is simple, just global image and burn. I wouldn't recommend on the fly, more chance for errors. If you get the Pioneer, make sure you get the latest Firmware if you wanna use 4x disc. Why would you use it, I wouldn't understand, cuz it's 2x max burn anyhow. |
