Well wutz the problem?

i want the dc10 but have herd all kinds of things about it.
i just want to find out if it will work on my pc
i run win 98se
128 ram
80gig hard drive
1.2Ghz Duron
s/b live gold card, old version
ATI rage 128 xpert.
will also use the newer studio 8 software.
and a samsung VP-W75 camcorder and a sanyo vm-EX410P CAM (Both Analog)
should i be ok,???
and is there any forums for analog carpturing
