keithscat Sep 26, 2002, 06:35 PM I know this is really lazy but I wondered if anyone knows of any device or has knocked up somthing that can hold down the power/reset switch on the PS2 so when it's relased you can do the DVD swap. I keep forgeting to keep it pressed when playing DVD backups.
TIA

Jaymus Sep 26, 2002, 06:59 PM lol, yes thats very lazy. Stick a toothpick in it? lol. Jam it? You'll probably break it due to being lazy. Just hold it down man or buy a no-swap mod.
Jaice Sep 26, 2002, 07:07 PM You could try tape, the strong kind
CousinFizz Sep 26, 2002, 08:03 PM I've heard of guys using a rubber band and moving it over and back so you might try that... (heavy duty band)

BadOmen Sep 26, 2002, 08:58 PM Wire in a switch.... although I wouldn't
wip3outnz Sep 26, 2002, 09:07 PM Yip just like CousinFizz said a heavy duty rubber band. Place it right around you ps2(top to bottom). Then get a nut or something hard and the size if not smaller than the reset button. Place that on the reset button with the ruber band over it and presto, a 6th finger.

keithscat Sep 26, 2002, 09:49 PM I have tried rubber band and bluetack but will have a go with heavy duty band and somthing solid.
Cheers all.
