Hi all, can anyone help me?

Just re-installed my operating system ( windows XP home )

after doing this i loaded the drivers for my USB modem (Terayon/NTL World cable modem)

When i shut down the computer it reboots instead of shutting down

please help it's driving me mad:mad:

Change the options in the Startup shutdown control panel - cannot remember where exactly it is now as I am running W2K, goHERE (http://www.aumha.org/a/shtdwnxp.htm )
