HI

just made a backup of shawshank using smartrip and prassi
the disc burnt a beauty with no errors etc
i then tried to play the disc in my philips dvd 701 and it just ejects it straight away no errors or anything are displayed onscreen
please help as this is my first attempt at this
i have had other backups made off different people and these work fine on my player but are on different media (not bulkpaq)
could it be the bulpaq discs which r not compatible with my player

it has a chance to be but i have been using the new bulkpaq gen 3 mark 2 , the purple ones and i think they are the bees knees

i've just started using the new bulpaq gen 3 and not one of them worked when i burned them, and not even on my comp using powerdvd
it's a thumbs down from me

just got 50 0f these bulpaq to try and i have to say that these are working perfectly on alba 108, samsung 709, pioneer 525, ps2 and Philips 622

so far only the datasafe classic have given this result for me

i also have a samsung 709 and these just do the same in this machine
load disc and then spits it out but a message comes up on the samsung saying this disc cannot be played????
