Can anyone help, am having major problems with shutting down win me, everytime i goto shut down win ME it comes up with......

"ICSMGR has caused an error in <unknown>
ICSMGR will now close."

it then gives the option to close and then it will shut the laptop down

I've got, Norton system works, 256k mem p3 1ghz processor, and it is has only recently started doing it, has anyone got any ideas how i can track down what it is causing the problem or are there any programs that i can use to find out what it is that is causing the error??

ICSMGR is the Microsoft Internet Connection Sharing Manager go to search files and folders and type in ICSMGR and right click on the ICSMGR icon and go to properties.
either search in the help section in the start bar or on the internet to find out how to solve it.
sorry i couldn't have helped any further as i haven't got a clue about this problem.
