I am very interested in getting a karoake machine that plays recorded karaoke cds. Can someone please recommend a good, but low priced karaoke machine that will play these recorded cds.

If it's just for home use buy a cheap arbiter...you'll prob pick 1 up on ebay

Just make sure it takes CDG's and it's not one of those crappy tape machines

Look through the local Freeads for a second hand Philips CDI player.
Should find one for anything between £40 and £80.
