Dont know whether or not to suspect something in this or not. While booting up the other night, my pc got past the boot-up scan for virii (AVG 6.0 Registered). Then it came to a black screen an prompt box popped up and unloaded really quick, enough for me to make out "REGTLIB". Now it took about 3-4 minute to get from that screen (of doing nothing) to my desktop which is really slow. I go to find files and type that and find that REGTLIB is in the C:\Windows folder and hasnt been modified since sometime in 1999.

Now my computer has run fine since, it just scared the piss out of me because about 5 days earlier, I reverted back to a previous system backup...

What I need to know is if its really anything to worry about or not. I know you'll probably wonder why I am asking this because I've said that the system has been running fine, but SOME VIRII are created to run on certain dates, so hence the scare.
