movies2002 Oct 03, 2002, 10:46 AM Looking to 'create' the best PC setup for video/TV capture, in both VCD and DVD format. I know I'd need an MPEG2 capture-card, but what's the best?? Also what sorta size HDD and RAM am I gonna need?? Jaice Oct 04, 2002, 04:49 PM I got ATI TV Wonder VE P4 1.6 384mb or RAM 128 until last wensday Sound Blaster Live 5.1 It works great trinity_hayes Oct 04, 2002, 05:13 PM a decent amount of memory helps, I'd say at least 512MB, others may disagree, a large hard drive, 2 would be better, a sound card and a decent graphics which either incorporates vivo/capture or a separate capture card to the graphics card. Also the fastest processor etc that you can afford. Good luck |
