I was wondering if you would be kind enough to tell me how low the vcore (cpu voltage) will go on this motherbaord and also what is the highest vdimm on this board. I have looked everywhere for the lowest vcore but everywhere just says the highest

Its probally the defualt, just go into the bios and see how low it'll go. If its a p4 board the stock is 1.500 v

adjust the FSB between 100 to 250 Mhz in 1 Mhz increments
adjust Vcore between 1.1V and 1.85V in 0.025V increments
choice for I/O Voltage between 3.5V and 3.65V
choice for DDR voltage in 2.55V and 2.85V interval
