I just finished installing a new laser and now it reads all dvd games, and all original games except for GS disc, but doesn't read any of my backup cdr games, then I noticed that the yellow wire of my neo 2.5 had come unstuck from the chip.
My question is, to know if my ps2 isn't playing some cd's bacause of the wire coming loose from the chip or becuz the cd pot on the laser needs tweeking?
p.s. does anyone know how to reattach a wire back into the plug thing that goes into the neo 2.5 chip?
