i know i am probably being a bit dim, but where does nero save image files to? I cant find the bloody thing anywhere on my drive. also, is there a way to define where it saves the images to?

There is a option tick box in "Copy CD " in the "Image" tab of Nero "Delete image file after burn".You need to untick it and then you should be able to find your images.Another way is to tick "on the fly" when you are copying to the hard drive with the Image Recorder and Nero will pop up a save box when you start the read you can then select a location to save it and give the Image a name. :)
