Saint Mijawa Oct 08, 2002, 11:19 AM Ive got a HP990cxi, very good quality on photo paper. Lazza Oct 08, 2002, 12:45 PM I also have used an HP990cxi for the last 18 months or so and would not change for anything. They were about £225 when I bought one but you can get them for around £160 now which is crazy for the quality it produces! You also have 17 ppm in draft mode too! :D jeff011n Oct 09, 2002, 04:57 PM epson makes a great printer, they are awesome for photos, they have them in all price ranges ish Oct 09, 2002, 05:47 PM another reason to go for epson is that the compatable ink is well cheap :) dubl_d8 Oct 10, 2002, 11:07 AM I have an Epson 890. Brilliant photos, but only when used with original ink. If you are seriouly into printing photos that will last, then olny originals will do. Been there done that ;) Only disadvantage is that it starts to build up the costs!!! ish Oct 10, 2002, 06:12 PM Originally posted by dubl_d8 I have an Epson 890. But the originals were still looking just as good. I would love to know the brand any one else buys, as it cld jst b that i chose the wrong type. lance790 Oct 11, 2002, 01:39 PM HP990cxi works great. |
