After trying hundred of hours working at making my floppy drive work, found out that the insane situation had to do with the configuration in the BIOS.

Second option in the Bios, I chose "AUTO" for everything.

I had chosen "auto" and LBA in some an the reason my floppy disk could not work.

Thought of sharing this thought with you guys.
