Have anyone has business with this site called modchipinc.com? I paypal them for $9.99 for Non solder chip and $5 for prority shipping for 25 days now. Still, i still not receive any ****.. Eamil them without reply and call them, that phone # no longer in server. Anyone know can claim the my money back? Have anyone has this experience before? I'm aprecaite for any info.

same thing happened to me. i ordered a stealth for my psx and no problem. then i ordered a chip for my ps2 and i never got it. that was about 6 months ago. they had the nerve to send me a newsletter and i replied telling them to go f#@! themselves!

If you paid through PayPal, you can get your money back. Just file a complaint. When Modchipinc.com can't come up w/any proof (tracking # to your addy) that your item was sent, 30 days later, you'll have your $$ back.
Worked for me w/a notoriously baaaaad r*****.
