hiya plz help!!!

my cdrw PHILIPS1610A is recognised by windows, ie slve drive when booting windows.

recognised when windows has loaded as drive E:, and also recognised in system folder as a philips cdrw.

however when i goto burn a cd with easy cd creater platinum it gives this message:

"There are no CD-Recorders available. Ensure that your cd-recorder is powered on and that all cables are properly connected"

all cables are corectly configured especially as windows recognises the drive

wots going on plz help
