Apple, Verbatim and Maxell are what I have been using... And all of them was good. Nothing problems with them.

But where to get cheap of them... ????

I bought Apple dvd'rs from www.apple.store.com. Those are cheapest prices what I have found. And they delivers allmost all europe countries... You ordered over 300€ and free postage :)
