How about quoting exactly what it says or posting a picture?

Watch out! I had the same message and I didn't take it seriously (I also didn't have an anti-virus software on my system). It turned out Nero was right -- I checked my files with Norton AV after a few days (big mistake!) and discovered there really was a virus, one that attacks .exe files (known also as the "Tchernobyl" virus, as I found out). So definitely check out your system with AV software ASAP. And do it from a CD-ROM -- the virus even infects the .exe file of the AV software if you install it to the HD.

Good luck...!

BTW, this particular virus (W95something or other, I forgot) only affects Windows 95 and 98 OS, not NT or 2ooo.
