How does this work?
Changing a .exe file to an .iso file?
I tried renaming it, but I don't think that is right.

Well, it is either just renamed or it is a self extracting archive in which case it should have a proper icon. If it is just renamed it won't.
Make sure when renaming it that you rename it game.iso and not game.iso.exe

Well, when I rename it it creates a shortcut to it.
It has one of those MSDOS icons.

Disable the hiding of known file extensions so that you can rename it properly or rename it in a command prompt.

I f you use WINISO ,you can open up the exe and save it as an iso....that's what i do and it works great.

Easier and quicker just to rename the file extension.
