My brother is a fool to install this. I want it off my computer can't take the program off. I tried uninstall, remove from hardware disable and nothing works. That fool! he erased updated version of Nero to install older version because he thinks the old version with error scan one is better. I told him he's a fool! A fool! That fool! (Sorry, kinda pissed off right now!) Older brother seems to be a fool all the time. Even after I told him not to install it. I hate that FOOL!!! Perhaps try re-installing and then another uninstall. Otherwise contact www.ahead.de for help.
