I originally had a Sounbblaster 16 when the problems began. One of the channels kept cutting out and the only way to get it back was to pull the audio plug from the back of the soundcard and re-insert it. I then bought a Soundblaster live and the same thing happens. It is not my amp as I have tried other speaker systems with the card with the same results. Does anyone know what is causing this and how I can cure it. I have changed my Mobo and cpu several times since the problems started. I now have an ABIT KR7A with ATHLON 1800+.
