i downloaded timesplitters 2 and i uploaded it into my xbox using xiso.
When i tried playing the game i noticed that ther is no picture but there is sound and im guessing a menu since i can scroll down, but cant see a thing, I think i have a pal version of timesplitters 2. I have a USA xbox and was wondering how can i play this pal game
someone told me to try this:

You need to use the Enigmah Video Mode switcher and go into PAL mode for tis game.

i dont know what that means, can someone please help me

The refresh rate is messed up, ya u need the switcher. Go find the download for the switcher first, then there should be an nfo or some readme file that tells you how to do it.

I think you guys are going to find that the problem goes a little deeper than that. I have PAL, NTSC, and NTSC-J XBOX games and they all play fine. Timesplitters, however doesn't play and gives the same problem that you speak of with no video and just sound. I think M$ is playing with us and have produced an anti-mod video game. It was just a matter of time, remember DINO CRISIS for the PS1? I think your game is fine and all you are going to need is a patch to be able to play it. If I find one soon, I'll let the forum know and hit you with a link on the down-low. Good Luck!!

I guess I was just paranoid and so here I am with foot in mouth, but hey when I'm wrong I admit it and learn from it. The game doesn't need a patch, and there was no higher plot for anti-mod developed with this game. The Enigma PAL/NTSC switcher does the trick just fine!!

If not download the project-x release, this works on the u.s xbox.

There is nothing wrong with the release, i have it running as i type this (PAL xbox) and it runs perfect, it dont nned a patch, what it needs is for you people with NTSC boxes to download an NTSC version or the video-mode select CD from the Enigmah team.

I have the switch program too, and when I run it.. all it does is make it so I can kind of see the picture, the screen still turns and is in all black and white? any suggestions?

DSC This is do to your TV not the game, your TV isnt compatible or doesnt support with PAL.
